Yes, that's the exact name.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0053143/ The movie was made in 1959, however, and the line was "let's get the hell out of here". Be sure and read the other quotes from the site. There are a lot of good ones.

Been a long time (1959/60? ) since I've seen that movie ( Palace theater Gary, Indiana )
 USN Ships--USS Balao (SS-285) --The color used was pink, in honor of Balao's starring role as the "pink submarine" in the 1959 motion picture "Operation Petticoat". Yeah I know,
