This sounds like a great trip, but living in america it would cost $$$. I have been to Europe many times, and i love Germany, though i havent been to the northern parts of Germany. I did visit my ancestor';s home town of Ulm and went on some trips up the Rhine and then went to the low countries.
If anyone from the North East is considering going to visit Germany for this trip let me know. I live near Boston, im a poor college student that drives a zamboni at a ice rink to make money. So if i save up enough i may want to go. O and my dad served in the US Navy and often visited many German and Danish Ports while in the service. He possibly visited some old U-Boat pens/bunkers in his travels. He also helped design and build submarines for EB. |
