no i just made it myself using the tools on the modif sticky thread at the top
of the forum.

there are tools there that are totally simple to learn easy to use..

Mini tweaker , file analyzer , mission analyzer , SH3 Inspector.
Wolfies tweek pak.

have a look and set your own range speed and yeild.
