Default [MOD RELEASE] IXB Camo

Camo type IXB

Compatibility: GWX (Not tested on animals/Bernards or other mods)

Install: I really hope you do..
If you are using JSGME: Place the folder IXB Camo in your MODS folder. Then enable.
If you arent using JSGME: Get JSGME, or place all .tgs's in SHIII\data\textures\TNormal\tex folder.

This skin is compressed with 7zip... Just to make Anvart happy..

Get this skin here: http://files.filefront.com/IXB_camo7.../fileinfo.html

Pictures: NOTE: The tower on the first pic has also been painted. This pic is from an early stage of testing. The last pic shows the whole boat as it is.

As always, do not try to make money out of this skin. Anyone attempting to do so, will encounter the ghost of LeChuck in their bedroom at night. He will take sexual advantage of you in all the bad ways you can imagine, before dropping you down on the highest mountain at Monkey Island.. You have been warned!

Looking good.

Already downloaded...will give it a try when I start a new career (currently in mid 43 now)

Thanx for the great work

I think the time will come that the amount of MB for skins used on my HD will grow over the MBs of the normal SH3 Folder *lol*
So with a different looking boat in nearly every patrol... I love it

No probs, mates! your welcome! Please tell me if there is anything i can change on future releases!
@ Stabiz: I thought you only liked the VIIC's....Have you fallen in love with "the Cow" now...:hmm: Nothing wrong with that, mate, but i personally enjoy your movies with the VII boats instead of the IX...
And, just for the naggin' bit: When can we expect a new masterpiece from you, mate?

Well Seth, you're one of those bright shiny things I keep finding in the sky at night times...

Just curious though, will you be releasing a Limited Edition version of a weathered IXB, just like the IXD ? Go on, you know it makes sense

Default absolutely beautiful

I have been looking for a sharp IXB Skin for Type IX-XI Uberboot mod
this is great do you have any objection to credited integration into
Uberboot mod?

( Uberboot uses Type VIIC/4 Conning tower )
see pic's
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=104792

I dont know enough about skinning I assume that when I finally get
your skin D/L'd and loaded up conning will be unaffected and appear
as before as it isnt a stock type IX conn is that right.

as I thought but I had seen that you did a IXB tower skin and although
I felt it wouldnt be a problem as long as I was prepared for plain tower
I thought I should ask someone who knows more than I about skins.

Is it o.k to custom alter this skin, just for my own use not to send to others. I tried removing the red hull section below the waterline and swapping it with the same section in the NSSUboat9b tga file in the ' IXB splint camo ' mod. I like the result, it matches the upper hull colours nicely. Just my personal taste. Love the rest of the skin, especialy all the detailed work around the conning tower fixtures. Your best yet.
