Keep your VIIB until the VIIC/41 is available. Then it´s more worth it to upgrade

My question to you, is the primary difference between a 7b and 7c. Personnaly i would upgrade. Of course if your a glutton for punishment you could try a seacow, but that's not everyones cup of tea, nonetheless im hard pressed to use anything else
