You can also use '<' and '>' to cycle through the visible targets: ships, subs, planes, land weapon mounts, etc. Once you've cycled through and the plane appears, the camera will continue following it like a loyal dog at heel.

You can also use the other camera functions: zoom in/out, rotate sideways, rotate up and down, too, once you've 'locked' onto a target using < & >.

Dont forget that when u spotted a land target withouts mods and when u use the < or > the cam bounces instead on the ship or whatever.
