Good download site for GWX?

Pick one d/l location of each file from this link. http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/GWX/

While they are d/l'ing get the manual, it has every answer you need.

Edit - or use utorrent and just use the single d/l option from the same page.

Inc the manual

You need a clean install of SH3 patched to 1.4b
Dont forget to rollback SH3commander if you use it already
And delete the SH3 folder in my documents

when i bought SH3 it came with gameshadow and it allows you download GWX in one quick and easy step...and it will install it for you
