Question about CFG file and U-boat

Alright, I followed the advice found in the thread about the XXI in 1939, but I've noticed some problems that I couldn't find the answers to in the thread:

1. I now need 8 officers and 70 Petty Officers instead of the original 6 officers and....24? 26? Petty officers.

I need the numbers on those two so I can change it back.

2. In changing the .sns file, I noticed that things went all the way to Sensor 12, yet in the parameters from the thread that I was supposed to paste, it only went up to Sensor 11. What was not included? What got missed?
