Here is a suggestion which I use: In SH3CMDR go to "manage your crew' in the options. In there assign the duty to every member of your crew. At the start of a patrol go to F7 and place everyone where you want them. If you don't use the bogus fatigue feature, just leave them there and assume your XO is doing his job and setting up watch crews, and code red crew assignment. When you surface and dive the correct men will rotate to deck and front crew quarters. This also works with any of the fatigue models, but you may have to do more micro management. You also will have to kick the lazy watch officer in the ass to get him to assume his station, especially in bad weather.

That's pretty much how I'm doing it now. Guess I'll stick with that method Yeah, I've noticed that EVERY time I surface the boat, good or bad weather, I ALWAYS have to manually put the bridge officer in the tower. Bug of the game engine?
