Strategy level game for SH3 ?

I seem to remember that there was a strategy game in development for SH3,where you were in charge of production etc, and it generated missions for SH3, i remember visiting the website but i,ve lost the link, could anyone help out please.

Yes definitely... and totally unrelated to X-1's "Seawolves" series.

Iblitz (Wolves at War BdU) is one of the good people working on Subwolves.
