But...you mean there were dolphins in stock SH3 too? I thought that was new to GWX.
The dolphins model and textures where in stock SH3, But not in game.
They where in a unused folder. Probably something the Devs didn't have time to complete.

Now all we need are sharks circling the sinking ships.

Aren't you going just a little OT, azn?

btw, the Northsea has dolphins....like this one, the smallest species Phocoena phocoena:

and this one...Tursiops truncatus:

and the white-tipped Lagenorhynchus albirostris

So that's 3 species, feeling perfectly at home in the relatively cold Northsea.
In my game - sailing from Bergen - I always encounter some when leaving the Norwegian coast.

Cruiser indianapolis , was torpedoed by a japanese submarine i-58, two torpedo impacts send it to the depths in 12 minutes.

900 survivors stay 4 days in the waters encircled by sharks until they were spotted by a plane thinking that was a submarine oil slick, only 317 stay alive.

"The USS Indianapolis (CA-35) was commissioned at the Philadelphia Navy Yard on 15 November 1932. The ship served with honor from Pearl Harbor through the last campaign of World War II, sinking in action two weeks before the end of the war. On 30 July 1945, while sailing from Guam to Leyte, Indianapolis was torpedoed by Japanese submarine I-58. The ship capsized and sank in twelve minutes. Survivors were spotted by a patrol aircraft on 2 August. All air and surface units capable of rescue operations were dispatched to the scene at once, and the surrounding waters were thoroughly searched for survivors. Upon completion of the day and night search on 8 August, 316 men were rescued out of the crew of 1,199."

Matter of fact, watch the movie Jaws. Whats his name, the captain of the boat that goes out and kills Jaws tells the story of the USS Indianapolis as he was a member of her crew. One of the best moments in that movie in MHO.

Just heard some more Dolphins coming out of the Bay of Biscay. My TC slowed down so I went down to check and it was another pack of Dolphins, I didn't track them down this time, but they're there if you want to find them.
