Thousands had been prosecuted and jailed because the "collective belief" believes that there is a law commanding to comply.
But that law does not exist.

Don't get me wrong, I'm as much against the income tax as the next guy, but here is the law. BTW US Code is the law.

In the United States, the Treasury Department reported based on IRS data the share of all federal taxes paid by taxpayers of various income levels. The data shows the progressive structure of the U.S. federal tax system that reduces the tax incidence of people with smaller incomes, as they shift the incidence disproportionately to those with higher incomes.

The top 0.1% of taxpayers by income pay 17.4% of all federal taxes (earning 9.1% of the income).
The top 1% of taxpayers by income pay 36.9% of all federal taxes (earning 19% of the income).
The top 5% of taxpayers pay 57.1% of all federal taxes (earning 33.4% of the income).
The bottom 50% pay 3.3% of all individual income taxes (earning 13.4% of the income).

You laugh but it's true.
It seems that Americans of the White kind are suffering from lack of serious jobs. This has also moved over into the Black population also.
We Americans expect to be given a $100,000 a year job right out of high school, and when we dont get it we punish the system by not getting a job anywhere.We also complain about the Government not paying us to sit on our over fed behinds, and then we complain when they raise taxes to pay us to sit on our over fed behinds.

Now this does not include the Crackheads and dope smokers that just want something for nothing. These will get out and make some money some how legal or otherwise to support thier taken choice of lifestyle.

Backing up just a little... we know that there are just so many $100,000 a year jobs to go around and being that those jobs are mostly given to family members and friends it maybe that you have to take a $50,000 a year job.Now we know that these jobs are given to the family and freinds of the $100,000 a year people.

Which leads us to the $25,000 a year people. These are the back bone of America and they are the ones most pressed in taxes and calls to aid our country.These are the ones who build and plow, feed and clothe, they are the heart of this great land. ...BUT they are under enormous fire from Immagrants who will do the same job for less money...ie. Why would a company pay some one person $13 an hour when they can get 2 Mexicans for the same price? How can a person making $13 an hour be expected to buy a car made buy a person making $20 an hour? How can the 2 Mexicans making $6 an hour buy a car and the gas to run it plus pay the Insurence to drive it...

?

Now this is not a attack against Mexicans ... they are doing what they can to survive and live in Mexico and America.
In fact I'm attacking the employers.

Well, I will stave off my attack until the New Year is here.
