I couldn't find much about this on the BBC web, wonders if this a BBC production or in cooperation with NRK, the Norwegian Broadcasting Cooperation. They do make a lot of documentarys together and shown on both channels.

I would think that NRK should be interested in this, since the uboat is outside the norwegian coast. (And also the fact that this has been in the norwegian news lately).
