i was asking myself if it was posible to mod the crew management in sh3. i mean without fatique its quite unreal and with fatique its really disturbing. the reason is that you dont have a good system to manage the crew. so does anybody know if it might be possible to get the sh4 system implemented in sh3?

Well, since SH4 isn't close to being released, I doubt anyone could apply it's hypothetical code to SH3. If you are annoyed by fatigue, use SH3Cmdr's No Fatigue or something.

SHIII was the first time any subsim ever had a crew, much less crew management. It didn't work quite the way it should have, and they're trying to fix it in SH4. Several people have posted over the last almost-two years asking for an SHIII update, with a lot of things that need fixing. Until then, or until the source codes are released for public use, one of the fatigue mods is the best you're going to get.
