Default Help!

I managed to avoid a Hurricane fighter that seemed to get within 1000m of me in a game of GW today. The visibility was good, it was daytime, and I had maxed out the capacity of the bridge crew. I remember someone posting here how it was possible to modify a file so that you could make the crew more effective in spotting planes. Can anyone enlighten me??

IIRC the gentleman in question mentioned something about changing a number in on of the files which would double the range at which the bridge lookouts would spot planes. Hopefully this will jog some memories.

I think that as your crew get qualifications, medals and experience they will get better at their jobs. That applies for the watch crew as well.

I agree, but it doesn't take a decorated watch officer to say "Scheiße, I think we are going to get strafed"

Hello,

True enough, but if your on your first posting , fresh out of Basic Training and this is your 1st time out to sea and you see planes headed your way. The following options: Run & Hide, Jump ship, or just wet your pants and say nothing all become viable options.
