Depends on what extra shipping they were written for and if you have it - in the case of the SCR

In the case of the Locations.cfg and Lnd you could
Or cherry pick from the different major mods

There is an entry in the Lnd for bases that correspond with the ports in the locations.cfg eg

So make sure you add the naval bases that go with that port
If a port changes hand during the war there will be more than one entry on the Lnd
