Uboat.net should have the info you need, it has a listing of the Captians and some have pics along with it.

You can add a picture from uboat.net yourself if you know how to use microsoft paint.

I have a friend that collects wwII uniforms and actually took a pic of himself in a U-boat cpt's uniform w/ the white hat and placed it into the commander file. carrying it a bit over the top for my tastes but he has a pic of himself as the captain when starting commander
