I couldn't copy the link so here were you can find it.

It's on http://u-boot.realsimulation.com/ in the Downloads Central area under SH3 Downloads, SH3 Mods (General Section). It is called SH3MapConvoys.zip and it is on the 6th page.

Edit: if you click on the SH3MapConvoys.zip you can download it directly.
