Hopefully this'll improve over the years so that all war criminals are convicted, but as of now (and even more so back in the sixties), no such luck. But to order submarines not to take survivors on board when they can do so is not exactly playing it nice. __________________ First Strike Mod tester. Hardcore sub skipper.
