In the weapons dialog box, switch off the auto load. This will make the crew transfer the torpedos without loading the tubes after each one. Man the torpedo rooms with enough crew, the greater the efficiency (green line above the compartment), the faster it will load.
Just rememeber to switch the auto load on again once you have transfered torpedos, otherwise you will be fireing blanks at the enemy.!!   :rotfl:
