The intro screen is a load page that has a status bar at the bottom of it; let it run it's course then you should get a black screen with 'initializing' on it .. if this 'hangs' then try this .. press 'ESC' three times [hold the last press down longer til you see a picture emerging then let go]. __________________ *GWX Team Member; Retired* GWX Home Page
