I was ordered to punta D and was asked to observe . Will crap No ships I stayed in the area for 24 hours But not a damm thing I fell Like Iwasted alot of desel for no reason !! Milk cows are not happeing for me because BDU has Pulled them from the north Atlantic

You can also surface and send a radio message to HQ (via "Send Contact Report") to alert them to ships that you don't intend to sink yourself. Not sure if this really does anything in the game, but I think it adds a touch of realism.
