I would also like to say most ports can also be attacked on the surface,with the exception of Scapa,Firth of Forth,loch ewe, but at loch ewe just sail to the back of the gun installations and fire away.
If you feel adventerous have a sail across the altlantic and raid Norfolk, there's a carrier in there,also there's 2 light cruisers and a passenger liner in Dover.
