No loafing in the fin!!!!

Whilst crossing the Bay of Biscay this evening i wasnt sure if the lookouts were loafing on the bridge, so I decided to show them I was keeping any "eye" on them:-

A good way to keep them on thier toes

Any way you can resize that and make it smaller? It's a huge file and tales a long time to load.
