Here it is! Just unrar and place the folder in your mods folder. Then enable with JSGME!
It should work, at least it worked for me...... Please, tell me if it doesnt, so i can fix it.
There are only two .tga files in this mod, sicnce i learned that the ViiB and ViiC can be repainted without messing with the .dat file.

BTW - Seth VIIC works well With the textures you have included there is no camo inside the Conning Tower. But that bit doesn't have to stealthy.
