that looks very low rez :|its an texture or u paint it with white ?
try adobe photshop , thats what im using ex: i did it for fun yesterday http://server6.theimagehosting.com/i...1162111165.jpg what do you actually wanna repaint..? its not that hard... just select the parts and add some color and for camo u could use textures and then photomerge them in photoshop over the skin..
