Sub Sailor:
There are a lot of good virtual Navy's out there, and I agree with Swims that picking one that doesnt restrict your play with others is the best bet. I myself am not very good at all with DW, as I am a 688 player, and after 8 years playing it its hard to move to a new one like DW. The GNSF have a few "old timers" like myself that are hooked on 688, as do some of the other groups. That along with all the people that come here finding someone to play 688 with shouldnt be that much of a problem. Anyway, check out some of the virtual navy's that are out there, ask them about themselves and their policies, speak with some of the people here who may be members of these groups. Im sure you will find a group (or groups) that may be right for you.
