In reality, it depends not only on the levely you're playing, but also what mods you're using. Playing the stock game, there's a pretty good chance you'll make it. One of the supermods, or a combination of mods equal to one of those, there's still a chance, but a very small one. Playing with SH3 Commander you'll never make it, simply because like a real kaleun you'll be retired and kicked upstairs after a year or two. Possible, but I voted no.
