changed sea speed

What are the effects of this tweak sober? Sounds intresting to me

I always thought that the sea waves roll to quickly and looks a bit unrealistic . Looks more realistic and seems to run smoother ( might be my imagination about running smoother, still the same frame rate) .

I can load mini tweaker and change the setting in under 15 seconds flat .

i need to get the mini tweaker first then work how to use it!

Also will have finshed clearing up my comp soon. just trying to get rid of some of the carp i have on here it is a bit to jumbled for my liking
