I've got the fotage on a DVD at home. It's called "Submariners", it's about the Collins Class submarine HMAS Rankin on it's work up and 6 month deployment overseas and prolems it faced.

Interesting to watch, espcally as female submariners are added into the mix a couple of episodes in
