Frame Rates and Memory

Could be combination of things like video card, CPU, hard drive, memory, cache and so on. As all these have a bearing on the peformance of a game. But what you will find is that the video card is the most important thing.

You can have a super dooper fast processer and even run SCSI or Raptor drives. But thing is if the video card can't keep up then its all pointless

What kind of CPU are you using?

I am assuming that your video card is a direct X9 card being part of the FX series of video cards. Which I am assuming is an AGP card to?
