STEED, there's plenty of tea floating around in Boston Harbor still since 1773. You're more than welcome to come here and take some back with you. :p

THATS AWESOME! I always knew Green tea was healthy and contained antioxidants, but I'm an Earl Grey kinda guy. I never knew there was any benefit to it other than to get you hopped up on caffeine. Now I can drink 7 cups of tea, and when I get the jitters afterwords, I'll know its for a good cause!

Ginger tea is also real good for you.

There's also an herbal tea (I think It's called "Green Dragon" Tea) that I've found to be very healthy for you and helps build up your immune system (Yes, I'm a health nut ).

*Smiles and sips green tea*

I only drink coffee once or twice a week now. Have switched to tea (green and brown) and sleep much better now.

Good point, when I was drinking more coffee than tea I would have bad nights and go around half asleep since then I cut right back on coffee and now get a better night's sleep.

Coffee and a Tea drinker here. When i run out of coffee i drink tea and vise versa. I always got my cupboard full of caffine fixes - Good for gaming keeps ya awake for instance being playing the mmorpg Guildwars, wanted to get my character some Grotto Armor which is one of the best armor you can get in the game - played GW for 18 hrs over the weekend with coffee breaks inbetween, no sleep the occasional munch out but thats it. I wouldn't of done it without caffine.

Oh and i got my grotto armor
