In wartime, his idea of the unitary executive gives him the power to suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Why do you think Kellogg, Brown & Root are building concentration camps in this country for Homeland Security? He can declare anyone a terrorist anytime for any reason at all with no legal recourse to the victim.
