Das Ambusch

It's the British sub scene from Das Noob. Directed by Safegang Keepersen, it's the #1 u-boat classic we've all come to love. The scene is presented in German with English subtitles.

In this scene, U-96 comes across a British sub crewed by idiots who can't tell U-96 is a German sub! The oppurtunity presents itself for a DEVASTATING attack!

...Too bad Bernard's on-board...

Sorry about the quality, Fraps couldn't do better. But then again, you can all just load your legally purchased DVD into your DVD drive and imagine my subtitles are on it, right?

What happened to Stabiz's vids ? It seems that all of Stabiz's Silent Hunter III vids have been pulled from Youtube. Is anyone hosting them for download ? I was looking to see the U-Disaster ones and the other masterpieces he's done and now I can't find links to them anywhere that work. Why did Youtube yank them when there's so many other SHIII vids out there !?!

Alas all(!) my vids (except a few) are gone forever. I got kicked from YouTube for uploading a Formula 1-crash, and because of a really stupid reinstall of Windows I formatted the wrong drive.

So, the only ones that are left can be found under "stabizisback" on youtube, but its not that many.

Great work, Rob! You are keeping this thread alive.

Thanks.
I seem to have problems getting closeup shots of the sinking ships. Other than that, I'm enjoying putting my career patrol on here to keep it going.

Would be nice to see more of your SHIV on youtube.
