Just in case you didn't know, if you click on the strobe(round circle) right under the "X" to close the window, you will go directly to mozilla's homepage.

no way, been using FF for so long yet I never knew that!
The last coulple of versions of FF have had an auto update facility though which is quite handy.

And you can even change the URL of that strobe.

Just type in the address bar these next words as is: about:config

Once you press ENTER, you will now see the guts of Firefox,
now in the space where it says Filter, type in: throbber

Now once you see something like this: browser.throbber.url
Double click it, you can now change the URL, of course its way to handy to keep it as is, it was just to let you see the power of Firefox.
