Well, considering the threads I read on a daily basis here:

1- A good portion would be too stoned to do anything.
2- Half would be disagreeing on politics and the nature of the mission undertaken.
3- Some young sailors would be telling off older officers with their foul mouths.
4- Some officers would be too much in shock to function because of those sailor's foul mouths.
5- And, half would want a mutiny on board because some officer killed the cat mascot.

Probably the most frightening phrase I can think of is "Bring an OLD toothbrush......"

Now apply it to everyone who comes onto the sub.

That could actually make a good reality tv show.

We'd need a decent sub simulator. DW maybe just tweaked with bugs ironed out.

Good idea! Yet its a Uboat and we spend 60 days inside. Like in the story of U 977 that left kiel for Argentina during the end of the war and stayed submerged for 60+ days never surface. Towards the end the crew were pretty annoyed with each other
