If anybody is interested the tag line for the EnglishNames.cfg is:

LCVSeydlitz=Aircraft carrier Seydlitz

Also is there a reason the air groups for the ship are British?

December 2006 or early 2007. Part of it depends on if other people start modding in new cargo ships.
