Enough about X1
A little OT, but, we can include zillion readme´s that state that 3rd parties cannot use these mods to make payware addons. BUT, we still dont have the permission from UBI to modify the files that come with stock SHIII, so we cannot copyright them = X1 can use them as it likes. As far as I know, X1 has asked permission from UBI, so there´s nothing we can do.

There is a lot of stuff which does not belong to UBI, such as original 3D models, textures and text. The fact that those things are put in format created by UBI does not make them UBI's property. It is like saying that all the books sold in PDF format are the property of Adobe.

According to EU law you don't 'have to copyright' anything of your intellectual/creative output - it's automatically protected...

But - let's stay realistic - the only way to fight X1 is NOT to buy their titles AND to stay ahead of the game. If X1/Combatplanes do continue in the known way, they are always way BEHIND the modding scene.

That's a rather bad business model in the net age:rotfl: :rotfl: ! - at least as long there are enough sites left pumping out the genialistic stuff created by our coding gods for free!

:hmm:

Sounds fantastic!
I hope these news tell us only about minor part of GWX.
Waiting for GWX is like waiting for a date - very exciting .
I'd like to play GWX very much, maybe September?

Ubisoft should pay GW Team tons of gold for making SH3 alive and much better than stock .
I don't need SHIV - I want GWX as fast as it's possible .
Keep your good work mates!

The bridge in the picture with the German fighter? Or am I way off?

New moon? Or am I really way off?

Edit: It's not the Sherman tank parked in the forest scene, is it (download the pic' and increase image brightness)?

Sorry, but I was out of community long time - last great mod I remember was
Real U-boot and Harbour Traffic - what exactly GWX is ?

This is "world" add-on for Grey Wolves mod ?

Sorry for probably stupid question :-)

Best Regards
