Does that mean that I can install the LWAMI mod although I've got the European version ( strictly speaking the German version)? I've heard that the LWAMI mod only functions with the American version.

The french community had the same problem with the lwami mod.
I think they resolved by changing some file names in the french dw so that they do not create conflit with the lwami mod. The same solution can be applied to the german version i suppose. :hmm:

AFAIR, the database files have filename extensions including a "e" for english, "f" for french, and "g" for german. Simply renaming them should do it. You may have to turn on displaying filename extensions, since windows nowadays tries to hide it for users who don't ask for it. I'm still undecided as to wether or not it is a good or a bad idea.
