crew qualifications

Hi to everybody, I am new to this game. I know how to give out medals from the office, but where do you find qualifications to hand out to your crew? any help would be appreciated.

It's all given from the same place. You don't always get them after every patrol, though you can add more if you use SH3 commander mod.

I forget exactly. You get one promotion for every 10k or 15k tons. The maximum is four per patrol, however.

qualifications you can dish out 1 per patrol.award your promotions,then your medals,then below that is your qualifications you can award 1 per patrol if I recal right.

Thanks guys for the help, 5th patrol and wondered why i could not get more torp, or machinest mates. You solved the problem for me, really thanks a lot for your help, your a great bunch of guys.
