Intro movie - only 16 colours !
Hi, I don't usually play the 2 intro's but if I do it just appears as though it just has 16 colours, plays in Windows Media player but in game, must be missing a codec, could someone point me to where I can download please?
![]() I have divX codec, as well as the Windows media player 9 codec installed from the SH3 disk. Many thanks.

I had the same issue. Upgrade to Windows Media Player 10, that sorted it for me.

Apparently 'Windows Media Video Acceleration' uses your graphics hardware to improve WMV-encoded video playback - which is recommended, but I suppose not necessarily essential. As mentioned before, I upgraded to Windows Media Player 10 which cured the problem you raised without having to tweak video card settings.

Hmm, I may have to considder it Captain Nemo, I worry if things like unticking the acceleration would effect playing DVD's etc, obviously version 10 has the proper codec.
![]() Many thanks. ![]()

It is bug SH3 playback only (coding-decoding). Try. Last edited by Anvart; 08-23-06 at 11:13 AM. |
