These pages highlight stories of historically significant individuals with accuracy and in commemoration of their service and sacrifice. Federal Judge Beryl Howell has ordered a permanent injunction finding summary judgement against Trump's Executive Order 14230. I have doubts this will even get accepted by an appeals court.

In this case, these and other foundational protections were violated by EO 14230. On that basis, this Court has found that EO 14230 violates the Constitution and is thus null and void.

For the reasons explained, plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment and declaratory and permanent injunctive relief on Counts II through IX of the Amended Complaint. The government’s motion to dismiss is denied. An order consistent with this Memorandum Opinion will be entered contemporaneously.

“Oh, Grandfather, such a beautiful room, all marble and gold!”

“Hush, son. This is the Senate Chamber. We must talk in whispers to show our veneration for the majesty of this great institution.”

“And those men, they look so important. Are they the Senators, Grandfather?”

“Yes, son. It is a great honor to be a Senator. Most of them are very rich, and all of them are highly respected for the position that they hold.”

“But what do the Senators do, Grandfather?”

“Do? Well, they attend funerals and inaugurations, and sometimes Our Leader even lets them applaud his laws or hail his treaties.”

“But we were told in school that the Senators made our laws and approved our treaties.”

“Oh, that was long ago, son — before we became the mightiest nation the world has ever seen.”

“Aren’t the Senators even more important now that we are the mightiest nation, Grandfather?”

“Oh, my, no, son. You see, when we were a little republic of farmers and citizen soldiers, the Senators could run our affairs very well. We were proud and independent even then, and we had faith in our destiny. So we conquered the savage tribes that hemmed us in. We fought and won numerous wars on land and sea. And at last we became the mightiest nation, admired, envied and feared by one and all.”

“But the Senators . . .”

“We couldn’t have a bunch of quarreling politicians trying to run the incredibly complex, world-wide affairs of the mightiest nation. Why, by the time they got around to approving a treaty, we’d be at war. I don’t know what would have happened to us if that handsome military hero hadn’t come along.”

“Tell me about him, Grandfather.”

“Well, it was a time when the nation was in trouble. The enemy was practically at our border. The Senators vacillated. Sometimes they wanted to fight; sometimes they hoped to make peace. So this soldier took matters in his own hands, and when they accused him of violating their laws, he told them they didn’t know how to cope with the dangers the country was in.”

“He broke the laws?”

“I suppose so. But he was a great orator, and he convinced the people that they needed a strong leader to save the land from its enemies. The people could see that the Senators had outlived their usefulness, and that was the end, of course, of the outmoded Republic. And he was right, you see, because our strong leaders have kept us the mightiest nation the world has ever seen.”

“Yes, Grandfather, but so many of us are poor and living on welfare. Criminals roam the streets. Homeless people are everywhere. The government’s deep in debt. Many of my friends are rejecting their old religion and turning to strange new cults. It’s almost as though we’ve lost faith in ourselves and in our nation.”

“Quiet, son. The Emperor’s soldiers may hear you. Do you want to rot in prison for the rest of your life?”

“Sometimes, Grandfather, I wish that military hero had obeyed the laws, and the Senators still ran things. I’ll bet that in those long-gone days, every man stood tall as a citizen of the Republic.”

“Don’t talk nonsense, boy. If Julius Caesar hadn’t crossed the Rubicon, Imperial Rome today under the great Emperor Caligula wouldn’t be the mightiest nation the world has ever seen.”

Yes, it is true. Of course due to backlash the spin is it is "temporary." Perhaps it will be for some, but the fact this regime has a "If it ain't white, it ain't right" policy is indefensible to most, but at the core of their ideology and most of their supporters is white supremacy and this is just one manifestation of that as many.

Even if temporary, it should not have happened and no normal, decent administration would have done so.

Notable examples they scrubbed, that I recall off top of my head:

Tuskegee Airman
Ira Hayes (Iwo Jima flag raiser)
Emily Jazmin Tatum Perez, first female African=American West Point graduate to die on combat. (Iraq-2006)

I believe after outcry some have been restored, but they are actively erasing and altering as much as possible to pure any non white influence in their "DEI" purge. Sadly the disingenuous DEI rhetoric resonated with a lot of working class (mainly male, but especially white males) voters who don't understand what DEI actually is for the most part, and have been propagandized to believe being diverse, inclusive, and equitable harms them lol. Quite sad.

Part of this is long game that neofascists play and is part of Project 2025. They are attempting to overtake education and eradicate things they do not like by scrubbing as much as possible from government archives etc. Not theory, objective fact via their actions and words.

Mini Goebbels himself, Stephen Miller was on tv ranting about "teaching children to love America again" lol. Such ultranationalist bs. Part of loving American is celebrating its positives such as diversity and understanding, admitting the negatives and working to change them. They admitted in court the lie to their viewers for ratings, including about 2020 election which is why they had to pay 787 million dollars to Dominion Voting.

The smoking gun was internal communiques such as texts, emails between Fox "personalities" such as Carlson, Hannity, Ingraham etc. discussing the lies. How much the loathe Trump and his supporters, how they are rubes etc.

Their attorney's argued Fox was entertainment (it's FCC delineation is Entertainment) and that no serious person would take fox as factual news.


At this point, Fox is mostly state propaganda, which is why Musk, Trump etc are always on there.

LOL pretty sure I did not call you or anyone a name. Talking the obvious and glaring neofascism of Trump, his Regime and many of his followers, which does include the most awful impulses of human nature such as racism, white supremacy at its core. That is long established and everyone seems to understand it, especially now except his supporters.
