Three Japanese liners that were incorporated into the Japanese Navy right before the Pearl Harbor attack in December 1941. Two of them (Heian Maru and Hie Maru) were converted into Submarine tender ships, and the third (Hikawa Maru) was used as a Hospital ship. Only the Hospital ship made it to the end of the war (and was eventually converted to Museum ship in Japan), the other two being sunk in 1943 and 1944.

When installed through JSGME on SH4 updated to 1.5 version (U-boat missions), the submarine tenders will act as Japanese Auxiliary cruisers (category 13) , and the hospital ship will be added to the Japanese Troop transport roster.

-Created with S3D, Misfit/Maverick Model 3D and Paint Shop Pro 7. Some parts from stock SH4 ships were used.

-The damage textures are created by Ocean Blue for SH3.
