looking for IXD2 range correction

Read the documentation carefuly and install via JSGME, since this mod messes with basic.cfg. This mod is a bit outdated, unless you use the stock game, or just a version of Harbour Traffic (1.47). If you are using major modpacks, all relevant IXD/2 fixes have been catered for (Grey Wolves and probably NYGM too)
