After playing around with this problem for a couple of hours last night I think I have found the problem.
Both times November of 1941 and november of 1942 I changed my patrol grid in sh3commander, when I change it back to the game selected grid I am able to generate weather and all works well. Thanks for your help, Iknow now that I can't change my patrol grid and run this package. |
