Help to run Harpoon UE in Win 11

I also recently purchased and installed Harpoon 3 UE and got the same error. Apparently it is a problem with the old installer. Just install each version in a different folder and don't forget to update with the new versions on the Matrix website. The programs work fine for me on W10 64.
