You could as well claim that some humans have two legs while some other humans have three legs and a tentacle stretching from their forehead, and that it means nothing that you cannot see these, since the subject's claim it does have three legs and a tentacle already is seen as legally binding evidence for that it is so, and all biologists and medical experts are wrong and can even be persecuted if claiming otherwise.
