I actually had to look before posting in this thread prior, but the name we all called the spot to get a good "doner" from in Gourock(or was the shop in Greenock as they kind of run together from what I remember?) is now considered a racial slur. None of us ever considered it a slur. I don't think the fellas taking our money did either. I don't think anyone I knew intended it as a racial slur. This modern world is too sensitive.

OK when we have a fight with the Turks can We claim the "Kapsalon"?

A kapsalon is a Dutch dish consisting of fries covered with shoarma, topped with cheese, put under the grill for a while so the cheese melts, with salad on top. Instead of shoarma, the kapsalon is also prepared with kebab, döner, gyros, chicken or falafel. It is often served with garlic sauce and sambal. In Suriname, the kapsalon is served with garlic sauce and Javanese-Surinamese peanut sauce.

If I was ultra rich I'd probably roam the earth eating the best of everything. Wouldn't need to stop in the UK though. Well, maybe the UK for some fried fish wrapped in newspaper? Hopefully one of those Daily Sun chicks on the newspaper. Do they do that anymore?
