Ppphhhhtttt. Not to take this off topic, but you take your computer enabled car down to Advanced Autoparts or Autozone, where they read the code for free. Then you test whichever sensor is freaking out, and either replace it, or figure out the electric wiring and see where it's gone bad.

Granted, you become more of an electrician than a wrencher, but them's the times... . Still better than tuning a carb, which drives me absolutely crazy. Gimme a computer any day...

Not to run this thread more off-topic than it already is, but I'm planning on slapping a laptop running Linux into my car soon. That'll make it stable . (Why? MP3 music player, and onboard OBD2 diagnostic services so I don't have to turn to the previously mentioned services to tell what sensor just died).

Back on topic, I agree with Highbury. Dell's great for people who know me but don't know computers. Phone support is not great, but it gives me a reason to charge friends who don't want to deal with their support.
