Der Teddy Baer has asked me to release the mod for the NYGM Hurricane.
It does not require NYGM to run, it will work with stock SH3 (+patch 1.4b), as well as with NYGM. We presume it will run with other mods, by overlaying the original, but this is not tested. So use the popular JSGME to overlay the Hurricane files onto your existing mod. The file can be downloaded as a compressed (7-zip) from: http://www.filefactory.com/file/cb9a23/ Also from: http://rapidshare.de/files/28273595/NYGM_Hurricane_Mod.7z.html (Not recommended for NTL users or other users connected through a proxy server).
